To ensure the longevity of your Luxxe Veer jewelry, please follow these care instructions:

  1. Preserve your plated jewelry by avoiding contact with cleaning agents, beauty products, water, and chemicals.
  2. Remove plated jewelry before exercising, washing your hands, or swimming.
  3. Protect your plated jewelry by storing it in a dry area in an air-tight plastic bag, which is provided with your purchase.
  4. To prevent tarnishing of sterling silver styles, store each piece in the provided plastic zip lock bag. The airtight seal will prevent oxidation and slow down tarnishing. To restore luster, clean with mild soap and dry with a soft cotton cloth. Sterling silver products are identifiable by the sterling silver '925' mark.
  5. Our fine jewelry is crafted from 14kt solid gold, which does not oxidize or discolor with proper care. Clean with warm water and mild soap, and store in a soft cloth bag to protect it.
  6. Natural gemstones are delicate. Avoid using paper towels to clean them, as they can cause scratches. To keep gemstones clean and shiny, lightly scrub with a soft-bristled brush, warm water, and detergent-free soap. Avoid harsh chemicals or extreme temperatures when cleaning. Store gemstone jewelry in a safe, dry place when not worn to protect them from daily exposure to the elements.

Our jewelry is warranted to the original consumer/purchaser against breakage or malfunction under normal use due to defects in material or workmanship. Please note that the warranty becomes void if the product has been damaged by the recipient or altered in any way. We will repair or, at our option, replace any defective Luxxe Veer jewelry with the same or a comparable model ONCE ONLY. Final sale, sample sale, limited edition, or sale items are not covered by the warranty and cannot be repaired or replaced. If your jewelry tarnishes or needs repair, please contact customerservice@luxxeveer.com with your order number and a photo of the item.
